Includes up to 4 live classes per week and access to recordings in case you can't make the live class. 
(Classes are not held on public holidays. These classes are made up at the end of the session.)

Yoga classes with Lalita include all the richness of Classical Hatha Yoga: Asana (postures) pranayama (tools for breath development and awaking energy potential), mudras (gestures to invite a specific quality of energy) and bandhas (energy locks to open up specific areas to allow for greater flow of energy) and also meditation. Lalitadevi skillfully guides the class in learning these powerful techniques to open up energy blockages and promote greater energy flow through in the body and mind. The result is improved flexibility and strength, balanced and resilient nervous system, release of deep tensions and enhanced mental power and concentration. Foundations of Classical Yoga with Lalita

This is a fabulous 8 week session for those who are just starting out with yoga and wish to learn the fundamentals in order to build a strong foundation. Lalita skillfully guides the class in learning Asanas to open up energy blockages, improve energy flow and flexibility and increase strength and energy. You will learn tools using the breath, called pranayama, which are practiced to directly impact the the energy flow causing specific desired effects of concentration or balancing to name a few. You will also be introduced to the subtle and profound practice of mudras and bandhas: Gestures to change the inner mental and emotional environment and locks to open up enhance energy flow. This is a great class for anyone wishing to connect to the full possibilities of what Classical Yoga has to offer in order to live a happier, healthier more connected life. It will give you everything you need to start a home practice with confidence!


Yoga Lifestyle and Ayurvedic Cooking


October 14, October 21, October 28 10am-2pm

(In person/online)

Investment: $175 plus hst

Learn about the qualities of food from a yogic perspective and how to develop a healthy relationship with food through awareness. There is a practical cooking component to this course with inspiration from Ayurveda Autumn Balancing foods. All welcome. Receive 12 hours continuing studies for Yoga Teachers. You will need to purchase cooking supplies if you are participating online :)


Koshas - The Five Bodies

Fridays November 11, 18, 25 and December 2 & 9

9:30am-11:30 (In person/Online)

Investment: $175 plus hst

Deepen your understanding of the 5 bodies or sheaths that make up the totality of who we are. Learn why understanding ourselves throught these lenses us to embrace more of who we truly are. This will involve all Hatha Yoga practices and Meditation as well as theory, discussion and question and answer. Receive 12 continuing studies hours for Yoga Teachers.


Sound Yoga Level 1: Mantra, Nada Yoga and Kirtan

On Fridays in March 2023, 9:30am-12 (No Class March 17)

In person / Online

Investment: $175 plus hst

Learn about and experience the power of mantra and the Yoga of Sound. You will learn various chants as well as be given opportunities to practice and to expererience first hand the deep balancing, healing and expanding effects of Mantra and Sound Yoga. Receive 10 continuing studies hours for Yoga Teachers.
